Alzheimer’s Association Hosts Caregiver Support Groups

According to the Alzheimer’s Association, over five million Americans are living with Alzheimer’s disease, including an estimated 200,000 under the age of 65. By 2050, up to 16 million will have the disease. To help support the persons helping to care for individuals with Alzheimer’s, the Alzheimer’s Association, Northwest Ohio Chapter, is hosting Caregiver Support Groups in the following locations and times:
Motor Over to Downtown BG for Family Fun at Classics on Main
Motor on over to downtown Bowling Green on Saturday, July 11 to experience the American love affair with cars at the 14th Annual Classics on Main Car Show. Hundreds of cars dating from the 1920s to next year’s model will line Main Street in an event that showcases great cars of yesterday, today and tomorrow.

Sixty-Fifth Annual Bretz Reunion Held

The sixty-fifth annual Bretz Reunion was held on Sunday, June 28, 2015.
The event was well attended considering the recent round of rainstorms we have had which made driving for some who traveled considerable distance to get to the reunion a bit of a chore. As it turned out, there were over 40 people who managed to attend. There were family members who traveled from as far away as Lorain and also Defiance. Most of those attending live in North Baltimore or Findlay and some in Fostoria and Cygnet.
