Bobby Lawson ‐ Coach/Celebrated Fan

NB Hall of Fame 2016 Bobby Lawson frameBobby is a 1983 Graduate of the Wood Lane School of Disability. Every single student‐athlete that has graduated from NB since 1981 has competed with the help of Coach Bob‐O!

Bobby has held many positions at North Baltimore: Team Manager, Coach, Trainer, Athletic Director, and most importantly Super Fan. In 1981 Bobby began as a waterboy for the Varsity Football program under the guidance of Head Coach Mike Bracken. Bobby soon turned into the assistant coach with a whistle that never stopped blowing. It didn’t take long for Bobby to transition to the rest of the sports in North Baltimore. Bobby not only influences our high school and junior high athletes, but also supports all of the youth programs that go on outside of the school.

Bobby always has a smile and loves the community of North Baltimore. If asked, Bobby will be sure to point out two things: one, that is he either the head coach or athletic director and two, that he is most proud of being a Tiger! Along with being inducted into the Hall of Fame, we would like to take this opportunity to present Bobby with an Honorary Varsity Letter and Letterman’s Jacket. Which was kindly donated. We proudly welcome Bobby to the NB Hall of Fame.
