2016 Summer Travel League – Tee Ball, Softball & Baseball Sign-Up

* Registrations can be mailed to NBYL, P.O. Box 150, North Baltimore, OH 45872

* No registrations will be accepted after Saturday March 12, 2016. NO refunds after 3/12/16

* Make checks payable to NBYL

*A copy of your child’s birth certificate must accompany this year’s registration if the child did not play for an NBYL team last year (if your child did not play in 2015, we do NOT still have his/her birth certificate)

Southwood League: Baseball – 8U, 10U, 12U, 15U, Softball 8U, Co-Ed T-Ball

Hancock County Girls Fastpitch League: 10U, 12U, 14U, 18U

* We believe that there will be no city league this year

* Registration and fees due no later than March 7, 2016 or $10 late fee will be assessed

Co-Ed T-Ball — $55

Softball & Baseball $ 65  ($10 discount per additional child)

Additional $25 if one parent doesn’t agree to work in the concession stand for one game
