NB Agrees to Treat NWSD Waste Water
The Village of North Baltimore has entered an agreement with the Northwestern Water and Sewer District (NWSD) to treat waste water from west of the village, in the SouthWood CSX Intermodal Development Corridor. The agreement was passed as an emergency to allow NWSD to have contractors begin installations of the waste water line as soon as possible.
NB Village Downtown Improvement & Development Program
Portions of the North Baltimore Downtown Improvement & Development Program seem to have been “in the works” for years, with funding always being the issue that causes the efforts to grind to a halt. Finally, it appears that the funding is lining up where Downtown NB could get the attention it needs and residents deserve!
