We have a very eventful Spring coming up at the North Baltimore Public Library! We hope that you can join us and share the news with all of your friends!
On Thursday, March 31, the NB Library welcomes Bestselling Author, Beverly Lewis at 2:30 pm! Beverly will be at the library to promote her latest book, THE ATONEMENT. She will discuss her books and stay for signing. The Friends will have the new book and a variety of her works for sale. All Friends of the Library who attend the visit will be entered into a drawing for a copy of THE ATONEMENT.
In anticipation of her stop in North Baltimore, DON H. MILLER INSURANCE has arranged to show BEVERLY LEWIS’ THE SHUNNING at Virginia Motion Pictures on Monday, March 21 at 7 pm. Admission to the movie is free and open to all! Concessions will be available.
All new Friends Members (or Renewals) in March will be entered into a drawing for a basket of Amish treats. Be sure to renew if you haven’t yet for 2016 and tell family & friends to join right away! The basket winner will be drawn on March 31 immediately following Beverly’s visit.
And last, but certainly not least, the Spring Book Sale is coming – April 6-9!

Thursday, April 7 – 9 am to 7:30 pm
Friday, April 8 – 9 am to 4:30 pm
Saturday, April 9 – BAG DAY! – 9 am to 1:30 pm
As you start Spring Cleaning, be sure to drop off books at the library to help fill tables for the book sale. When you stop in at the library, please check out the volunteer sign up sheet at the desk. We always appreciate help in setting up and running the sale!
