Sealed bids will be received by the Village of North Baltimore at 205 N. Main St., North Baltimore, Ohio 45872 until:
4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time
Monday, June 8, 2015
at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud for the following project:
2015 Street/Alley Resurfacing Project
The proposed work consists of the resurfacing of five streets, two alleys within the corporation limits of the Village of North Baltimore.
Bid documents and proposal forms are available at the Municipal Office, 205 North Main Street, North Baltimore, Ohio, phone (419) 257-2394. Bids received after the scheduled bid opening date and time, or not accompanied by a satisfactory bid guaranty, will neither be read nor considered. Any Bid may be withdrawn prior to the scheduled closing time for receipt of Bids, but no bidder shall withdraw his Bid within 60 days after the actual opening thereof. The Village reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any irregularities in bidding, and to determine the lowest and best bid.
