Aneta Louise Greiner, 83

Aneta Louise Greiner, 83, of Cygnet, died at 12:16 p.m., Wednesday, May 27, 2015, at the Bridge Hospice Care Center, Bowling Green. She was born on October 29, 1931, in Wood County to the late Jesse and Alice (Burns) Bassitt.

She married Robert J. Greiner on March 31, 1950, and he preceded her in death on August 16, 2014.
Aneta is survived by her daughters: Sue Greiner of Bowling Green and Peggy (Barry) Hawkins of Perrysburg; her son, Jerry (Cherie) Greiner of Bowling Green; her sister, Ruby Barnes of Bowling Green; her sister-in-law, Leona Bassitt of FL; and her beloved grandchildren: Adam Hawkins, Tressa and
Shayle Greiner. She was also preceded in death by her brothers: Lyle and Gerald Bassitt; her sisters: Betty Jane Pichacz and Margaret Sells.

Aneta was a homemaker and a member of the North Baltimore Church of Christ.

A funeral service will be held a 10:00 a.m., Saturday, May 30, 2015, at SMITH-CRATES FUNERAL HOME, North Baltimore, with Chaplain Meg Knape officiating. Burial will be in New Maplewood Cemetery, North Baltimore.

Visitation will be held from 4:00-8:00 p.m., Friday at SMITH-CRATES FUNERAL HOME.

In lieu of flowers or gifts the family ask that memorial contributions may be made to Bridge Home Health and Hospice.
