Break-in at NB Beverage Center (Drive-thru)

The North Baltimore Beverage Center, at 209 East Broadway, in North Baltimore, Ohio was robbed early Saturday (Nov. 22)  morning. HELP is need in identifying the perpetrator!

The owner of the longtime NB business, Harry Parson had recently died, on Nov. 16, 2014. The lone male, as seen on surveillance video, got away with a collection of gold dollar coins and $2 bills that had been collected over many years, that have great sentimental value. The criminal also got away with cigarettes, but apparently no money from the business.

Report from NBPD – Chief Allan Baer:
On 11-22-14 at 0545 hrs The Police Department received a Burglar Alarm notice at 209 E. Broadway.  Officers responded and secured the scene.  Upon their arrival they observed the side door (glass) had been smashed and the building apparently entered.

Portions of the interior had been entered and ransacked.  Several packs of cigarettes were found on the floor.

Video Surveillance shows a lone subject entering the store.  The subject is wearing a red hooded sweat shirt (white lettering), dark pants and work boots.  The subject is also wearing a mask and gloves.  The subject is carrying a hammer, that was used to shatter the glass.

The North Baltimore Police Department will continue to investigate.  Anyone with information in regards to the identity of the suspect plase call 419-257-2181.  Thank you.
