North Baltimore, OH (April 22, 2016) – Wednesday, April 13, made for a night that Brenda Rice, CRCA will never forget. As an employee of the Louisville-based senior health and hospitality provider Trilogy Health Services, she attended their annual Spring Meeting in Columbus, Indiana. Although Brenda was ready for three days of fun, nothing could have prepared her for the Awards Banquet Dinner, where she was awarded the Difference Maker Award in front of over 400 Trilogy employees.
The Difference Maker Award was first announced at the Trilogy Fall Meeting in 2013 as an opportunity to thank the heart of their organization – their caregivers. Applicants for the award must meet specific eligibility criteria focused on tenure and compliance, as well as demonstrate a “team approach works best” attitude, consistently execute Trilogy Service Standards, and exhibit a Servant’s Heart through their interactions with residents and families. Recipients of the Difference Maker Award have gone above and beyond their normal job duties to positively impact the lives of those they serve.
