Residents and Family Members Vote Senior Health Center #1 in Customer Satisfaction
North Baltimore, OH (April 20, 2016) – Briar Hill Health Campus received the top award in Customer Satisfaction at The Trilogy Health Services 2016 Spring Meeting, which was held April 12-14 in Columbus, Ohio. The Award was based on feedback provided by residents and their families through Trilogy Health Services’ bi-annual Customer Satisfaction Survey. Briar Hill received the top score company-wide out of the 96 campuses surveyed.

In addition to being ranked #1 in Customer Service, 98% of the customers responding to Briar Hill’s Customer Satisfaction Survey stated that they would recommend Briar Hill to family and friends who needed senior living services.

Companywide, over 8,400 surveys were mailed to residents, family members and other responsible parties, with over 51 percent of the surveys returned. Across all surveys, ninety-one percent of customers responding said they would recommend their Trilogy campus to someone who required senior living services. Trilogy Health Services currently operates 100 senior health and hospitality communities throughout Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky and Michigan.
