Charles Patrick “Pat” Boney, 79, of North Baltimore passed away at 10:15pm on Friday, January 9, 2015 surrounded by his loved ones.
Pat was born on March 17, 1935 to the late Egidio and Mabel (Scagnetti) Boney. On August 25, 1956, he married Kay Ann Sterling and she preceded him in death on October 9, 2003. On September 22, 2007, he married Patricia Ann Bradford and she survives. He is survived by his children: Laura (David) Chance, Ron (Julie) Boney, Lisa (Larry) Patterson and Todd (Debbie) Bonaguro; his brothers: Don (Harriet) and Thomas (Joyce) Boney; brothers-in-law: Jack (Donna) Sterling; David (Mary), Shawn (Linda) and Dan (Jane) Bradford; sister-in-law, Betty Boney; his grandchildren: Anna (Isaac) Anderson, Dawn (Joe) Rodabaugh, Amy (Steve) Nuhfer, Tara (Andrew Gutierrez) Matthes, Michael (Nadya Shihadeh) Matthes, Laike Matthes, Olivia and Emma Boney, and Dane, Makena and Kaylee Bonaguro and eight great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his brothers: Edward (Marceille) and James Boney. Pat proudly retired from Cooper Tire & Rubber after 36 years. For many years with his family, he owned and showed Quarter Horses where he was a member of the Silver Star Saddle Club. He was a member of the Holy Family Catholic Church.
A memorial mass will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, January 13, 2015 at Holy Family Catholic Church, North Baltimore with Father Art Niewiadomski officiating. Burial will be at a later date.
