Church news for Sunday, May 3, 2015
Church of the Good Shepherd United Methodist will celebrate the Fifth Sunday of Easter on May 6, 2015 with worship beginning at 10:15 am. Rev. Susan Kronbach will preach Jesus’ “I am” sayings from the gospel of John – this week, “I am the vine.”
Sunday School for youth and adults is held at 9:15 am, and during worship following the children’s moments for elementary school age children. Please plan to join us!
Other activities at the church this week include choir practice each Wednesday evening at 7:00 pm; a Staff-Parish Relations Committee meeting on Wednesday, 5/6 at 7:30 pm; a Trustees meeting on Thursday, 5/7 at 6:15 pm; and Church Council Thursday, 5/7 at 7:00 pm.
