The churches of the North Baltimore Area Cooperative Ministry (NBACM) announce weekly “Community Lenten Lunches” on Wednesdays of Lent. Members of the community are invited to lunch and Lenten devotions from noon to 1:00 p.m. at a North Baltimore church.
The schedule for 2018 is:
Ash Wednesday, February 14, Holy Family Roman Catholic, 115 East Cherry Street
Wednesday, February 21, Praise Chapel Pentecostal (Location of meal: Good Shepherd-119 W. Broadway)
Wednesday, February 28, St. James United Methodist. 201 South Second Street
Wednesday, March 7, The Bridge Fellowship, 123 East Broadway Street
Wednesday, March 14, Church of the Good Shepherd, 119 West Broadway Street
Wednesday, March 21, St. Luke’s Lutheran, 215 North Second Street
There is no cost for the meal. Participants will be invited to give an offering for the ministries of NBACM including our “Community Food Pantry.”
