MINUTES
I. Pledge of Allegiance
Mayor Goldner called the meeting to order immediately after the COTW. (7:14 PM) The Mayor led the Pledge of Allegiance.
II. Roll Call:
Mayor Janet Goldner-Here, Matt Beegle-Here, Ty Carles-Here, Tim Engard- Here, Aaron Patterson- Here, Art Patterson- Here, Leisa Zeigler- Here, Student Representative Dalton Teaford- Absent, Clerk Kathi Bucher- Absent
III. New Legislation, Motions or Business
Mr. Aaron Patterson made a motion that ORDINANCE 2018-12 be read by number and title only for its second reading, suspend the rules, dispense with the third reading and declare an emergency. Second by Mr. Carles. All approved.

ORDINANCE 2018-12 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR TO APPLY FOR THE NEIGHBORHOOD REVITALIZATION GRANT ON BEHALF OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH BALTIMORE AND TO DECLARE AN EMERGENCY TO PRESERVE PUBLIC SAFETY.
Mr. Carles made a motion to adopt. Second by Mr. Aaron Patterson. All approved.

Mr. Carles made a motion to adopt. Second by Mr. Aaron Patterson. All approved.
IV. Other New Business
Carol Sue Crouse expressed how proud she is to be a resident. Thank you NB! Also they have a new administrator at the Senior Center, Amy Brim.
