Thursday we ran at the Riverdale Invite. The Varsity girls finished in 5th out of 8 full teams lead by Sydnee Smith’s 18th place finish with a 23:37, others in the top 30 were Lydia Hartman (24th) and Rachel Crouse (28th). Noah Pelton was a medalist finishing 9th in the varsity boys race with a PR time of 18:44. Levi Trout also finished in the top 30 with a 21st place finish in helping the boys to a 6th place finish out of 12 full teams. Jordan Kimmel cracked the top 7 for the boys varsity team with a another CR of 24:03. In the JH Caitlin Schwartz finished in the top 5 with a 4th place medal with a time a 14:23.
Saturday at Lakota. Smith, Pelton, and Schwartz all brought medals home in their races. Noah Pelton paced the boys to a 7th place finish out of 11 full teams, finishing 17th overall with a PR time of 18:38. Levi Trout also brought home an award, finishing 31st with a career best of 19:04. Wyatt Mowery (19:43) and Aiden Gore of (20:28) both had PR’s and helped improve the teams top 5 average to a 19:38 for the year. Zeth Johnson (20:19), Zion Cook (21:51), and Jordan Kimmel (23:48) all had career records. Sydnee Smith was under 23 minutes with a (22:50) finishing 19th overall, others bringing home awards included Rachel Crouse in 31st who broke her career record with at (23:40) and Lydia Hartman with a 23:56. Marina Kimmel helped the girls to a 6th place finish with a PR of (25:34).

In the JH Caitlin Schwartz finished 18th overall with a time of (13:57) and Lucy Trout crushed her career best time from last year with a (20:01).
