Assembly Worker/Press Operator – IMMEDIATE DIRECT HIRE – Competitive Wages and Benefits
Continental Structural Plastics in North Baltimore, OH is seeking to add to our hourly work force. Selected candidates will be hired in direct as a full-time employee with benefits and pay increase after a 90 calendar day probationary period. Responsibilities include: Various manufacturing duties up to and including molding/press operation, finishing, deflashing and assembly.
Starting Hourly Rate:
1st shift – $13.43/ hour
2nd shift – $13.58/ hour
3rd shift – $13.63/ hour
Additional pay increase of $0.32 the 3rd week of December 2017 and an additional $0.20 increase after completion of Probationary Period. Additional pay increases every June and December through June 2021.

Vision, Life insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long Term Disability and 401K options beginning the 1st of the month following the 90th day probationary period.
Requirements:
Must be able to provide proof of High School Diploma or GED
Must be able to lift up to 30lbs continuously
Successful completion of a Background Check and Drug Screen
Must be available to work any shift
