Tiger Wrestling: PATTERSON CHAMPION AT VAN BUREN INVITE

The 40th annual Van Buren Wrestling Invitational was held January 19th and 20th at Van Buren High School.
North Baltimore Senior David Patterson (22-0) finished 1st place in the 132lb weight division defeating Wil Roth (21-3) of Sandusky St Mary 5-1. David continues to remain undefeated this season with a record of 22-0.
NB Freshman Jonathan Patterson finished 5th in the 113lb weight division defeating Bluffton’s Jeremy Sturgeon with a pin.

In celebration of the 40th anniversary of the Van Buren Invitational tournament, all current coaches who wrestled in the VBI as high school students were recognized. This included Dalton Ishmael.
