The North Baltimore Men’s Basketball League, also known as the Dick Clark Memorial League (DCML) will begin play for the 2018 – 19 season on Sunday, November 11, at NB High School gym, on Tiger Drive.
The league is open to players, over 18, who live or work in North Baltimore, or graduated/attended NBHS.
Those wishing to join the league, should contact Nick Brossia – by Friday, Nov. 2 – 419-575-3977. New players will be drafted to one of eight existing teams.
The first official week of scheduled play is Nov. 11
There is NO Open Gym.
The “draft” (captain’s only) will be held on Sunday, Nov. 4.
The games are played on Sunday’s, first game starting at 12:15, there are four games per week. The season usually ends in late January, following the tournament.
Players that are already on a team, do not need to sign up.
The league fee is $55 per player and must be paid by the 4th week of the season. The fee helps to cover the cost of team shirts, officials (Dutch Hopple and Joe Kepling) and scorekeepers (Alivia and Makayla Light). Checks should be made out “Dick Clark Men’s League”.
