Debra A. Spence, 66, of North Baltimore, passed away at 5:45 p.m., July 31, 2019, at the Cleveland Clinic.  She was born on January 15, 1953, in Bowling Green to George and Josephine (Newman) Spence.  

Debbie is survived by her mother, Josephine Spence of North Baltimore; her daughters: Dawn Spence, Renee Rister and Megan Spence, all of North Baltimore; her brothers: Leonard (Connie) Spence of McComb, Michael Spence of North Baltimore and Donald (Pam) Spence of North Baltimore; her sisters: Diane (Lawrence) Walters of Deshler, Patty (Steven) Grilliot of Cygnet and Laura Smith of North Baltimore; her grandchildren: Stevie, Courtney, Hope and Morgan; and 9 great-grandchildren, including her special great-granddaughter, Olivia.  

She was preceded in death by her father, George Spence; her brothers: James and Larry Spence.  

Debbie was a homemaker and former babysitter.  She was a member of Victory Chapel Fellowship in Cygnet.  She loved babysitting, gardening and tending to her flowers.  

A funeral service will be held at 6:00 p.m., Monday, August 5, 2019, at SMITH-CRATES FUNERAL HOME, North Baltimore, where visitation will be held 2 hours (4:00-6:00 p.m.) prior to the service.  Burial will be private.
