Before the beginning of the regular Village Council meeting last week, Dr. Ralph H. Wolfe was awarded a “Citizen of the Year” honor by North Baltimore Mayor, C. Micheal Julien.
The Village wanted to convey their appreciation for Dr. Wolfe’s dedication to our village through maintaining the cleanliness and beautification of South Main Street,particularly between State Street, and Water Street, as well as serving the community in other ways which benefits all citizens.
