Council Meeting

Dec 5, 2017

1) Income tax collections 2017 vs. 2016 as of 12/1/2017:

 

2) The Bill List from 11/15/2017 – 12/1/2017 is included for council review and approval.

3) Collections to Note:

a. Keystone Foods – EMS Donation: $1,318.92

b. Buckeye Hook & Ladder – Police Vests $1,500.00

SECOND READINGS

1) Appropriation Ordinance 2017-43: Revenue Budget Clean Up; Appropriation ordinance to increase estimated revenue budget levels (estimated at 1/1/2017) to reflect actual revenues received in 2017.

2) Appropriation Ordinance 2017-44: Expense Budget Clean Up; Appropriation ordinance to increase expense budget levels (estimated at 1/1/2017) to reflect actual expenditures for 2017.

3) Transfer Ordinance 2017-45: Ordinance authorizing the Transfer of monies, appropriated in 2017, to various funds in order to support operational expenditures.

4) EMS Rate Ordinance 2017-47: Ordinance revising EMS rates to more accurately reflect the rate structures of surrounding service providers in Northwest Ohio.

THIRD READINGS

1) Appropriation Ordinance 2017-40: 2018 Annual Appropriation Ordinance; The 2018 budget. Determines the appropriation limits for Village expenses for the 2018 Calendar year.

2) Resolution 10-2017: 2018 Wage Resolution; Sets the wages for all village employees for fiscal year 2018.
