Frances Ann Lockmiller, 80, of North Baltimore passed away on Saturday, October 6, 2018 at 9:31 p.m. at Henry County Hospital.
She was born on February 22, 1938, in North Baltimore to the late Harold and Mary (Hosley) Ives. She married Edward P. Lockmiller on June 2, 1957, and he survives.
Francie is also survived by her sons: Stan (Cindy Dow) Lockmiller of Rudolph, Gregory (Rebecca) Lockmiller, Sr. of Findlay and Steven (Penny) Lockmiller of North Baltimore; her daughters: Mary (David) Henderson of Lima and Rita Lockmiller of North Baltimore; her sisters: Mary Lou Zeigler of North Baltimore, Betty Patterson of Findlay and Harriet (Wilburn) Deahl of Cibolo, TX; 14 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Francie was a homemaker. She was a member of the Church of the Good
Shepherd United Methodist, North Baltimore. She was a member of the
former Child Conservation League and Millstream Rose Society. Francie was a former Scout Leader and 4H advisor. She enjoyed spending time with her family, gardening, sewing, traveling and puzzles.
A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, October 11, 2018, at
the Church of the Good Shepherd United Methodist, North Baltimore, with
Pastor Duane Weaver officiating. Burial will be in Maplewood Cemetery,
North Baltimore.
Visitation will be held from 2:00-8:00 p.m. Wednesday at SMITH-CRATES
FUNERAL HOME, North Baltimore, and 1 hour (12:00-1:00 p.m.) prior the
service at the church.
