The Christian Clearing House, a nonprofit organization that helps low-income families and people in crisis with emergency financial aid, will hold a community garage sale at Brinkman’s Green House 1800 E. Sandusky St., Findlay, on Saturday, March 21th from 8:30-4 and Sunday March, 22th from 1:00-4 PM.
A large variety of items will be available, including electronics, furniture, home decor, collectables, appliances, books, sporting goods, clothes for all ages, toys and baby items. Lunch will be available on Saturday from 11:00-1:00.
Funds raised from the sale will benefit programs and services for low-income individuals in Hancock County. Donations for the sale may be dropped off at the greenhouse on Feb 28, March 7 & 14 10am until 2pm and the week prior to the event March 16 & 17th 9:00 until 4 pm, March 18, 9:00-7 pm, and March 19, 9:00 until 4 pm. Items must be in good condition. We cannot accept console televisions, pianos, organs, stereos, or drop side baby cribs. Tax deductible forms will be available.
After the sale, non-profit organizations will be invited to take unsold items for their agency as needed. Any Hancock County non-profits interested in picking up leftover items should contact the Hancock Christian Clearing House office at (419) 422-2222.
