Being that the Virginia Theater IS going to be reopening soon, following the impending digital upgrade installation, you can now purchase gift certificates for Christmas Gifts!
Gift Certificate are available at Gerdeman Insurance (next door to the theatre) – Mon-Fri from 9-5.
UPDATE December 17 – Shipping of the various pieces of equipment for the for digital projection upgrade has begun. The theater operator, Doug Wickard, is hoping that the equipment will arrive within the week and that installation can be scheduled soon.
However, with the holidays approaching, shipping and scheduling can be difficult, so Wick appreciates your patience as he carefully pulls together all of the different functions and pieces of equipment, so that the installation goes smoothly and he can be up and running as soon as possible!
In addition, the “Help Keep the Theater Open” Committee has ordered the plaques and name plates for the donor recognition. It will be several weeks for this work to be completed.
