Over 100 Girl Scouts, from North Baltimore to Toledo, met on Friday April, 24 at North Baltimore’s Powell Elementary for an end of the Scouting Year Celebration.
They participated in a Lock-In with guest appearances from Anna and Elsa, complete with sign-a-longs, pizza, games, crafts, new friends and FUN!
