Church news for Sunday, December 13, 2015
Church of the Good Shepherd United Methodist will celebrate the Third Sunday of Advent on December 13, with worship beginning at 10:15 am. Rev. Susan Kronbach will be preaching “Mary’s Story … A Story of Joy!” from the gospel of Luke. Sunday School for youth and adults is held at 9:15 am, and during worship following the children’s moments for elementary school age children. Please plan to join us!
Other activities at the church this week include choir practice each Wednesday at 7:00 pm, (cantata practice follows); and Women of Faith on Thursday, Dec. 17 at 9:00 am at the Iron Skillet Restaurant.

The Bairdstown United Methodist Church will be celebrating the Third Sunday of Advent on December 13, with worship beginning at 9:15 am. Rev. Susan Kronbach will be preaching “Mary’s Story – A Story of Joy!” from the gospel of Luke. Sunday School class is held immediately following worship. Then we will gather for our fellowship[ dinner at noon. Please plan to join us as you are able!
