We are currently searching for candidates to fill IMMEDIATE 3rd shift Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position and 2nd shift Full and Part-Time Direct Support Positions (DSP).
DSP Requirements: Must have HS Diploma/ GED, good driving record, and clean background check.
LPN Requirements: Must have Ohio board of nursing LPN license. Must have high school diploma or equivalent. Must have valid OH driver’s license. Must be insurable per company policy.
