REGULAR MEETING
October 24, 2023
The regular meeting of the Henry Township Trustees was called to order by Chairman Wymer with the following members responding to roll call: Present: Casey, Wymer. Absent: Brumbaugh
It was moved by Wymer seconded by Casey to approve the minutes of the regular meeting of October 10, 2023 as presented. Roll call: Ayes: Casey, Wymer. Nays: None. Motion carried.
It was moved by Wymer seconded by Casey that bills be approved for payment and checks issued for expenses totaling: $ 10,981.39
Roll call: Ayes: Casey, Wymer. Nays: None. Motion Carried.
Other officials/guests present: T. Francisco – Road Supt., JP Miklovic – TheNBXpress, C. North – Zoning Inspector
Old Business
Verbal approval for levy explanation text was given and F.O. will submit to local news outlets.
New Business
Mr. Casey reported the Faylor Cemetery has been cleaned up.
Mr. Casey reported on a call regarding solar restrictions – investigating further with Co. Prosecutor.

Still in discussion with America’s Home Place regarding sign request.
Was contacted by NB Village regarding current zoning at old hotel site.
Was approached by Bloom Township about being zoning inspector – board was supportive.
- Francisco reported that he will be back to work on 11/13/2023
- Davis presented quote from Truland Equipment for replacement mower.
It was moved by Casey, seconded by Wymer to purchase a replacement John Deere R310 for $13,733.21 less trade in of $9000 for a net cost of $4,733.21 (STS contract)

There being no further action to come before the Board the meeting was adjourned upon motion.
