HENRY TOWNSHIP TRUSTEES REGULAR MEETING
September 24, 2024
The regular meeting of the Henry Township Trustees was called to order by Chairman Wymer with the following members responding to roll call: Present: Casey, Wymer. Absent: Brumbaugh.
It was moved by Wymer seconded by Casey to approve the minutes of the regular meeting of September 10,2024 as presented. Roll call: Ayes: Casey, Wymer. Nays: None. Motion carried.
It was moved by Casey seconded by Wymer that bills be approved for payment and checks issued for expenses totaling: $ 9,865.73

Old Business
Hough Rd – Portion of road will be repaired by Shelly pending confirmation of quantity
Wind Zoning – reviewing documents
New Business
Joe Baltz inquired about de-annexing from Village – referred to Co. Prosecutor
It was moved by Wymer, seconded by Casey to approve Freyman Rd. Cemetery repairs at a cost of $3000. Roll call: Ayes: Casey, Wymer. Nays: None. Motion Carried.
Wymer commended road crew on leveling/seeding of SR 18 property.
Francisco reported that Rudolph and Cygnet Rd. intersection will be closed for 60 days starting October 7.
It was moved by Wymer, seconded by Casey to set the pay rate for Bryant Matthes at $20/hr. effective 9/15/2024. Roll call: Ayes: Casey, Wymer. Nays: None. Motion Carried.
There being no further action to come before the Board the meeting was adjourned upon motion.
