HENRY TOWNSHIP TRUSTEES
REGULAR MEETING
October 9, 2018
The regular meeting of the Henry Township Trustees was called to order by Chairman Stewart with the following members responding to roll call: Present: Baltz, Stewart. Absent: Wymer.
It was moved by Baltz seconded by Stewart to approve the minutes of the regular meeting of September 25, 2018 as presented. Roll call: Ayes: Baltz, Stewart. Nays: None. Motion carried.
It was moved by Baltz seconded by Stewart to approve the Clerkâs Monthly Financial Report for September 2018 as presented. Roll call: Ayes: Baltz, Stewart. Nays: None. Motion carried.
It was moved by Stewart seconded by Baltz that bills be approved for payment and checks issued for expenses totaling $ 7,614.07

New Business
Stewart reported that the Rudolph Rd. project will be starting 10/15/2018.
Davis reported that the financial audit for years 2016 and 2017 is complete and records were found correct and in order.
It was moved by Baltz, seconded by Stewart to advertise the open road maintenance position with the application deadline being 11/1/2018.

There being no further action to come before the Board the meeting was adjourned upon motion.
