HENRY TOWNSHIP TRUSTEES REGULAR MEETING
March 12, 2019
The regular meeting of the Henry Township Trustees was called to order by Chairman Stewart with the following members responding to roll call: Present: Baltz, Stewart, Wymer. Absent: None.
It was moved by Baltz seconded by Wymer to approve the minutes of the regular meeting of February 26, 2019 as presented. Roll call: Ayes: Baltz, Stewart, Wymer. Nays: None.
Motion carried.
It was moved by Wymer, seconded by Baltz to approve the Clerk’s Monthly Financial Report for February 2019 as presented. Roll call: Ayes: Baltz, Stewart, Wymer. Nays: None. Motion carried.
It was moved by Baltz seconded by Wymer that bills be approved for payment and checks issued for expenses totaling $ 8,464.55

Old Business
Wymer and Baltz spent afternoon of 3/12 with representative from Wood Co. Eng. office examining township roads. Engineer’s office will make recommendations to be reported at 3/26 meeting.
New Business
It moved by Baltz, seconded by Wymer to approve the 2019 road mileage certification presented at ODOT Roll call: Ayes: Baltz, Stewart, Wymer. Nays: None. Motion Carried.
S. Baltz reported that Don Spence is working out well on the township maintenance staff.
S. Baltz reported that the meeting regarding the re-zoning of the property along SR 18 will take place on 3/18/2019.
Fiscal Officer will RSVP for 3 for lunch at the Wood County Township Assoc. meeting on 3/29/2019
Fiscal Officer also reported that will the payment being made this month that the Dura-Patcher will be paid off.
There being no further action to come before the Board the meeting was adjourned upon motion.
