HENRY TOWNSHIP TRUSTEES REGULAR MEETING
August 13, 2019
The regular meeting of the Henry Township Trustees was called to order by Chairman Stewart with the following members responding to roll call: Present: Baltz, Stewart. Absent: Wymer
It was moved by Baltz seconded by Stewart to approve the minutes of the regular meeting of July 23, 2019 as presented. Roll call: Ayes: Baltz, Stewart. Nays: None.
Motion carried.
It was moved by Baltz, seconded by Stewart to approve the Clerk’s Monthly Financial Report for July 2019 as presented. Roll call: Ayes: Baltz, Stewart. Nays: None. Motion carried.
It was moved by Baltz seconded by Stewart that bills be approved for payment and checks issued for expenses totaling $ 11,062.08

Baltz indicated the need to chip seal Bloom Rd. – Stewart will contact Wood Co. Eng. and inquire is that can be added to the current list.
Baltz reported that the CX 100 has been repaired and able to mow roadsides when the need arises.
Stewart reported the County forces will being chip sealing in the next 2 weeks weather permitting.
Stewart reported the County intends to have Liberty Hi Rd. blacktopped from the R.R. overpass to Cygnet Rd.
F.O. Davis indicated that RSVP’s for the fall WCTA meeting are due before the next meeting – he will be in contact for a yes or no.
There being no further action to come before the Board the meeting was adjourned upon motion.
