The Tigers ended their 3 game slide Monday afternoon with a convincing 10 – 0 win over the Chieftains of Hopewell Loudon. Senior pitcher Cheyenne Hernandez aided by some stellar defensive plays gets the “W” on the mound with a no hit shutout to get the struggling Tigers back on track.
Leading the Tigers offense was Katelyn Weinandy 2-3, Cheyenne Hernandez 2-3, Paige Hyatt 2-3.
The Tigers have Tuesday off, then travel south to take on the BVC rival Black Knights of Van Buren on Wednesday.
