BOWLING GREEN (Wednesday, January 14, 2015) – The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) District Two wants drivers to be aware of upcoming interstate lane restrictions on our roadway in an effort to prevent potholes.
With warmer temperatures in the forecast, ODOT will be shifting gears from ice and snow to pothole prevention as soon as weather allows.
The pavement repair work began today along I-75 and will continue through early next week, weather permitting. Some locations include I-75 in Downtown Toledo, I-75 from Perrysburg to Cygnet Road and various locations along I-475. Delays will be possible in these work zones, especially in two lane sections of the interstate. Check OHGO.com for the latest information. ODOT will announce dates and times of lane restrictions.
ODOT is advising drivers to slow down in work zones and be aware of workers along the interstate.
