INTRODUCING THE VIEW AND CHEW MATINEE

INTRODUCING THE VIEW AND CHEW MATINEE at the North Baltimore Public Library

The North Baltimore Public Library is pleased to announce the upcoming View and Chew Matinee in the Wolfe Community Room for adults only.

The Friends of the Library purchase a yearly license to show released movies for FREE. We have shown movies mostly for children but decided it was time to show films to our grown-ups, as well.

The first movie will be “Victoria and Abdul”, a movie about Queen Victoria and her attendant. The movie will be shown on January 10th beginning at noon. The reason it is called View and Chew is we invite our adults to bring their lunch or a snack and enjoy the movie!  Coffee will be provided. We will also give those in attendance a chance to win a door prize and help to choose the next movie to be shown in February.  Join us for a FREE matinee! You do not need to register in advance for this event.

  1. This is a GREAT IDEA as too often these grown-up films have a short run in area theaters, or no run at all. I’ll be there!
