James “Jim” Phillips, 52, of North Baltimore, passed away at 3:25 p.m., 
Saturday, February 9, 2019, at Blanchard Valley Hospital, Findlay. He was born on June 25, 1966, in Bowling Green to the late Jack and Barbara (Cook) Phillips.
Jim is survived by his brother, Randy (Teresa) Phillips of North Baltimore; his sister, Belinda “Sue” (Robert) Loe of North Baltimore.
Jim had worked at Nissan in Findlay.
All services will be private. Arrangements are being handled by SMITH-CRATES FUNERAL HOME, North Baltimore.
