The North Baltimore Junior High Quiz Bowl team competed in a tournament last Tuesday, March, 17th, hosted by the Wood County Educational Service Center.
The Tigers were one of eight schools competing for the title, during the single elimination contest.
In their first match, NB defeated Gibsonburg, 50-40.
Next up for the team, was Elmwood, who won the match.
In the Championship match-up, it was the battle of the “woods”–Elmwood vs. Eastwood. Eastwood came out with the victory.
Mr. Ryan Lamb, NBJH math teacher, is the Quiz Bowl team Coach.
