Kathy D. DeBouver, 69, of Findlay, died at 5:05 p.m., Monday, December 19, 2016, at her residence. She was born on December 12, 1947, in Findlay to the late Kenneth A. and Ruth A. (Nichols) Tong. She married Donald DeBouver on December 30, 1966, and he survives.
Kathy is also survived by her son, Todd W. DeBouver of Sylvania; her beloved grandchildren: Sydney and Ryan DeBouver; her brother-in-law, John DeBouver of CA; her sisters-in-law, Roberta DeBouver of Sandy, OR and Kathy Foard of Surprise, AZ.
She was preceded in death by her son, Gregory Scott DeBouver; her sister-in-law, Nancy Lanker.
Kathy was retired from Bowling Green State University, where she worked in the Development Center. She had also worked for Van Buren High School, and was a member of the Moose Lodge #1610 in Port Clinton.
A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, January 6, 2017, at COLDREN-CRATES FUNERAL HOME, Findlay. Chaplain Linda Davison officiating. Burial will be in New Maplewood Cemetery, North Baltimore.
Visitation will be held from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00 p.m. Thursday, January 5, 2017 at COLDREN-CRATES FUNERAL HOME.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association; and/or Parkinson’s Foundatioin of Northwest Ohio and/or Bridge Home Health and Hospice.
