On March 20th, 2016 we held our first official club meeting at St. Luke’s Lutheran Church in North Baltimore. At this meeting we passed out project books, talked about goals for the upcoming year, talked about club t shirts and elected officers. Amanda Gamby with Wood County Waste Management came to our meeting and we made edible landfills while learning how a landfill operates.
Our next meeting is April 10th, 2016 at 6pm at St. Luke’s Lutheran Church.
We will be having a bake sale fundraiser on April 9th, 2016 from 10am-2pm at Family Farm & Home in Bowling Green (on South Main by Aldi).
The club is also selling yard signs for fundraisers in two different styles (see examples and order form below). One style says “A 4-H Member Lives Here” and the other says “Proud Supporter of Wood County 4-H” For more information on ordering a sign the club can be contacted at KlassyKidsNB@gmail.com or stop by the bake sale at Family Farm & Home on April 9th where we will have them available for purchase.
