During the meeting the safety officers each gave a safety tip; Casey Mowery (fire escape safety), Owen Johnson (medication safety), McKenzie Helbling (bicycle safety), and Breanna Kreais (gun safety).
Hog ID forms were given to members taking a hog project and reminded that May 1st is the deadline for turning those forms in.
Livestock forms were given to members who are taking any type of livestock and reminded that June 1st is the deadline for turning those in.
Quality Assurance importance was discussed to the members it is required for, and reminded them that it is a mandatory requirement for certain projects.
Club members also voted from 4 different designs on the club t-shirt for this year.
At the conclusion of the meeting club members divided up into 4 groups and played a mix and match game to help new members learn the 4H pledge.
April 19th – club members will be leaving from North Baltimore High School parking lot no later than 130pm to attend the Ready, Set, 4H scavenger hunt at the Wood County Fairgrounds
May 3rd – join hands community service day with Gleaners at North Baltimore Public Library from 1230-330
May 17th – regular business meeting at 4pm @ North Baltimore McDonald’s Community Room.
