WASHINGTON, D.C. – Congressman Bob Latta (R-OH) today released the following statement regarding the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ release of its Tentatively Selected Plan (TSP) for the Blanchard River Flood Risk Management Project:
“I am encouraged by the Army Corps’ continued action on the Blanchard River Flood Risk Management Project,” said Latta. “Lieutenant Colonel Jansen’s visit to Northwest Ohio to see the flooding issues firsthand and the release of this Tentatively Selected Plan mark important milestones to moving this project forward. However, our work is not complete, and we must continue to make progress. Therefore, I remain committed and look forward to continuing to work with the Army Corps and all parties involved to expeditiously move this project forward.”
