October Tea at the Wood County Historical Museum
The history behind local and regional legends and folklore is the theme for the October Tea on Thursday, October 13 from 7:00-9:00 PM at the Wood County Historical Center & Museum, 13660 County Home Road in Bowling Green.
Archivist Becky Denes has been researching ghost stories since she was in grade school. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Popular Culture and a Master of Arts degree in Popular Culture, both from BGSU. According to Becky, “[I’m] most at home in the dustiest of archives.”
Reservations are due by October 7 and can be made by calling the museum at 419-352-0967 or you can reserve and pay online at www.woodcountyhistory.org. Admission is $15/adult, $12 for Historical Society members, and $3 for children age 10 and under.
