“Our Prayer To-Do List” is Pastor Ralph Mineo’s sermon topic at St. Luke’s Lutheran Church in North Baltimore on Sunday, December 6 at 10:15 a.m. The second candle of the Advent Wreath will be lit at the opening of worship to celebrate the Second Sunday in Advent. The Senior Choir will sing an anthem titled: “Advent Joy.” The Lord’s Supper will be celebrated as traditional “Table Communion.” Sunday School for all ages begins at 9:00 a.m.
Church and community members are invited to a “Healing Service” at 7:00 p.m. Sunday, December 5. The service, which includes anointing with oil, is for those with specific requests for healing, as well as an opportunity to pray for others in need of healing.
On Saturday, December 5, the cast and crew of this year’s Youth Christmas musical, “Snapshots of Christmas” will hold the first rehearsal from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. The musical will be part of worship on December 20.
On Tuesday, December 8 at 7:00 p.m., the SLCW (St. Luke’s Church Women) will gather for a Christmas Program, followed by a time of fellowship, and a brief meeting to plan for the ministry of the SLCW.
St. John’s Lutheran Church, McComb

Sunday School begins at 9:15 a.m. (a joint Sunday School with the McComb United Methodist Church). During Sunday School, the youth will rehearse the Christmas musical “Big, Big Story.” The musical will be part of worship on December 13.
