St. Luke’s Lutheran Church, North Baltimore
“What God Has Done” is Pastor Ralph Mineo’s sermon topic at St. Luke’s Lutheran Church in North Baltimore on Sunday, December 11 at 10:15 a.m. The third candle of the Advent Wreath will be lit at the opening of worship to celebrate the Third Sunday in Advent.
Following worship the cast and crew of this year’s Youth Christmas Musical, “We’re On the Air” will hold a second rehearsal from Noon to 2:00 (with pizza for lunch). The musical will be part of worship on December 18.
Sunday School for all ages begins at 9:00 a.m.
Members of the congregation will gather for Christmas Caroling on Sunday, December 11, meeting at the church at 6:00 p.m. The first stop will be Briar Hill Health Campus.
St. John’s Lutheran Church, McComb
Children of St. John’s Lutheran Church in McComb will present the annual Youth Christmas Program during worship on Sunday, December 11 at 8:00 a.m. “Jesus Christ Is Born” is Pastor Ralph Mineo’s sermon as the conclusion of the program. The third candle of the Advent Wreath will be lit at the opening of worship to celebrate the Third Sunday in Advent. Sunday School begins at 9:15 a.m.
A joint adult Sunday School is with the McComb United Methodist Church.
