HENRY TOWNSHIP TRUSTEES, REGULAR MEETING June 11, 2019
The regular meeting of the Henry Township Trustees was called to order by Chairman Stewart with the following members responding to roll call: Present: Baltz, Stewart, Wymer. Absent: None.
It was moved by Baltz seconded by Wymer to approve the minutes of the regular meeting of May 28, 2019 as presented. Roll call: Ayes: Baltz, Stewart, Wymer. Nays: None.
Motion carried.
It was moved by Wymer, seconded by Baltz to approve the Clerk’s Monthly Financial Report for May 2019 as presented. Roll call: Ayes: Baltz, Stewart, Wymer. Nays: None. Motion carried.
It was moved by Baltz seconded by Wymer that bills be approved for payment and checks issued for expenses totaling $ 10,746.85

Old Business
Quarry Road project has been advertised and submitted bids will be opened at the regular meeting on 6/25/2019.
New Business
It was moved by Wymer, seconded by Baltz to table the proposed Enterprise Zone Agreement with Northpointe Development pending consultation with Township legal counsel.

It was moved by Wymer, seconded by Baltz to approved the Estimated Revenue for 2020 as presented by the Fiscal Officer.

It was moved by Baltz seconded by Wymer that the following Resolution of Necessity be filed with the Wood County Auditor:
5 year – 1.2 mil Fire District starting 2019 for Ambulance/EMS service (renewal)

It was moved by Baltz, seconded by Wymer to enter Executive Session for purposes of discussing personnel and employment.

It was moved by Wymer, seconded by Baltz to return to regular session.
Roll call: Ayes: Baltz, Stewart, Wymer. Nays: None. Motion Carried.
There being no further action to come before the Board the meeting was adjourned upon motion.
