HENRY TOWNSHIP TRUSTEES – REGULAR MEETING – July 24, 2018
The regular meeting of the Henry Township Trustees was called to order by Chairman Stewart with the following members responding to roll call: Present: Baltz, Stewart, Wymer. Absent: None.
It was moved by Wymer seconded by Baltz to approve the minutes of the regular meeting of July 10, 2018 as presented. Roll call: Ayes: Baltz, Stewart, Wymer. Nays: None.
Motion carried.
It was moved by Baltz seconded by Wymer that bills be approved for payment and checks issued for expenses totaling: $ 20,349.90

New Business
A resolution of necessity (ORC 5573.01) for improvements to Needles, Oil Center and Rudolph Roads was moved by Wymer, seconded by Baltz. Roll call: Ayes: Baltz, Stewart, Wymer. Nays: None. Motion Carried.
It was moved by Baltz, seconded by Wymer to accept the resignation of Ted Francisco II effective 7/23/2018. Roll call: Ayes: Baltz, Stewart, Wymer. Nays: None. Motion Carried.
It was moved by Baltz, seconded by Wymer to award the contract for the improvements to Needles Road to Gerken Paving, Inc. Roll call: Ayes: Baltz, Stewart, Wymer. Nays: None. Motion Carried.
It was moved by Baltz, seconded by Wymer to award the contract for the improvements to Oil Center Road to Gerken Paving, Inc. Roll call: Ayes: Baltz, Stewart, Wymer. Nays: None. Motion Carried.
It was moved by Wymer, seconded by Baltz to award the contract for the improvements to Rudolph Road to The Shelly Company. Roll call: Ayes: Baltz, Stewart, Wymer. Nays: None. Motion Carried.
The financial audit for FY 2016 & 2017 has started. This will be an “AUP” audit which will be less expensive for Henry Township.
There being no further action to come before the Board the meeting was adjourned upon motion.
