General Information about Family-to-Family:
Meets for 12 sessions, FREE of charge!
Taught by trained family members of individuals living with mental illness.
Family-to-Family can provide you with:
Information related to mental illness, treatment
options, and how a diagnosis is made.
Strategies for caring for a loved one.
Next class starts: Mondays, March 6th-May 22nd from 5:30-7:30PM at the NAMI Wood County office (541 West Wooster Street, Bowling Green, Ohio).

Information about the Family Support Group:

Facilitated by a trained team of family members of individuals living with mental illness.
The group can provide you with:
Practical advice on addressing issues related to mental illness and your loved one.
The space to have your personal needs met so that you can provide the best possible care for your family member.
The time to voice your experiences and to hear from others, which can help you develop your inner reserves of strength.
This group meets on the last Wednesday of the month from 7:00-8:30PM in the NAMI Wood County office (541 West Wooster Street, Bowling Green, Ohio).
In addition, a combined group (with peers and family members) meets the first and third Thursday of the month from 6:00-7:00PM at the Way Public Library in Perrysburg.
