NB Baseball Opens with “W”

Tyler Durfey pitched 6 and two third innings, striking out six and allowing one hit as the Tigers opened the BVC baseball season with an 11-1 victory.
The Tigers pounded out 11 hits.  Alex Snyder led the tigers with 2-1B, 2B, Levi Gazarek 2-1B, Adam Flores 2-1B, Julian Hagemyer 1B-3rbi,  Durfey 2B, Kole Wymer 1B, 2 runs scored, Brendan Cotterman 1B, Logan Meronk 1B rbi, Jaden Bucher rbi,
Matt Johnson took the loss on the mound for the Red Devils.

The Tigers are scheduled to host McComb on Wednesday, Apr. 4, 5:00, in BVC action. The game is likely to be at Doc Robert’s Field at the village park, due to the rain falling today (Tuesday).
