At last week’s organizational meeting for 2016, the North Baltimore Board of Education listed these standing committees:
Advisory Committee–Cheryl Cotterman, Russell Bretz
Athletic/Recreation Council–Tim Archer, Tami Thomas
Legislative Liaison–Russell Bretz
Policy Committee–Tami Thomas, Russell Bretz
Student Liaison–Cheryl Cotterman
Technology/Planning & Resource Committee–Tim Archer, Jaimye Bushey
Village Council Liaison–Cheryl Cotterman, Tim Archer
In other Board news, at last week’s meeting there was a tie in the vote for the election of the Board Vice President. The two nominees were Jaimye Bushey and Russell Bretz. There was not a complete board as Mr. Archer was absent. Therefore, the vote resulted in a tie. It will be voted on again at the February meeting, according to BOard President Mrs. Tami Thomas.
