Regular Meeting Minutes
The June 18, 2024 Regular Meeting of the North Baltimore Board of Education was called to order at 6:00 PM by President, Jeremy Sharninghouse with the following members present: Mr. Archer, Mrs. Bushey, Mr. Sharninghouse, Mrs. Thomas and Mr. Stufft.
All recommendations listed under the consent agenda are considered routine and will be enacted by one motion. Should a board member wish an alternative action from the proposed recommendation, the board member shall request that this recommendation be moved to the appropriate section at this time.
24-072 Minutes
Mrs. Thomas moved, seconded by Mrs. Bushey to approve the May 21, 2024 Regular Meeting minutes and the May 23, 2024 Special Meeting minutes. The president called for the vote: Voting yes: Mr. Archer, Mrs. Bushey, Mr. Stufft, Mrs. Thomas and Mr. Sharninghouse.

Accept the resignation of Christopher Nelson, 6th Grade Teacher, effective at the end of the 2023-24 school year as presented.
24-081 One Year Classified Contract – Leslie Hotaling
Approve a one-year classified contract to Leslie Hotaling, as Health Aide, for the 2024-2025 school year at the appropriate step and number of days, pending proper certification and required background checks.

24-084 School Fees
Approve the North Baltimore School Fees for the 2024-2025 school year at $40 per student Grade K – 12.
24-085 NOACSC Agreement
Approve a service agreement with the Northwest Ohio Area Computer Services Cooperative (NOACSC) for the 2024-2025 school year.
24-086 OSP Insurance
Approve an agreement with Ohio School Plan for School District policy for liability, property, and fleet insurance effective July 1, 2024 through July 1, 2025 at an estimated cost of $50,000.
24-087 CRC Agreement
Approve the annual agreement with Children’s Resource Center for School-Based Services for the 2024-2025 school year for an approximate cost of shared funding of $23,000.

A motion was made by Mr. Bushey and seconded by Mr. Archer to move to executive session for specialized details of security. The President called for the vote: voting yes: Mr. Archer, Mr. Stufft, Mrs. Bushey, Mrs. Thomas and Mr. Sharninghouse. Motion carried.

24-090 Motion to Adjourn
Mr. Stufft moved, seconded by Mrs. Bushey to adjourn the regular June 18th meeting at 7:38 PM.

Stufft and Mrs. Thomas. Motion Carried.
